Returns & Exchanges

Aimé Leon Dore accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please note that all seasonal sale items and special collaborations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid DHL or UPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the original packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
